Initiate Your Return

Email us at hello@sarasutra.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags intact. Ship it to our address using any reliable courier.

Quality Check

Once we receive your return, our team inspects the item within 2 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund or Exchange

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What items are eligible for return?

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached are eligible. Sale items, customised pieces, and innerwear are non-returnable.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock. If your size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Currently we accept prepaid orders only via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
